When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.

How much does shipping cost within Ireland?
A flat shipping rate of €4.99 applies to all orders delivered within Ireland.

How long does delivery take?
Once collected by our courier, delivery within Ireland typically takes 2-4 working days. Some orders may take longer depending on stock levels or order complexity.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
We hold a large supply in-store, but if an item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to advise on expected dispatch time or alternatives.

Will I receive confirmation when I place an order?
Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting your order online to confirm it has been received.
