What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not happy or have an issue with a product, we’re here to help. Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is damaged in transit or faulty. We will replace or refund the item in full. Damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Are there any conditions for returning products?
Yes. Items must be unused, with original packaging and labels attached, and accompanied by the original invoice. You must also include a completed returns form for the return to be processed.

Can I return a product after 28 days?
Unfortunately, full refunds cannot be guaranteed after 28 days. Please contact us within this timeframe to ensure eligibility.

Do you accept returns for items damaged by misuse?
No. Refunds or replacements are not available if an item is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or damage caused by parties other than Solanti or our staff.
